By using CRITH you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
CRITH AI is a Chrome extension that intercepts selected AI prompts and asks you to think first before receiving an AI response. It is operated by CRITH AI, based in Australia.
By installing the CRITH extension or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use CRITH.
You must be at least 13 years old to use CRITH. You must have a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with anyone else. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5 interceptions per month, Thinking Strength Score, works on ChatGPT and Claude. Free forever.
$8 per month billed monthly or $5 per month billed annually. Unlimited interceptions across all supported AI platforms. Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months already billed.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account settings and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice by email.
CRITH intercepts selected prompts on supported AI platforms and asks you to attempt an answer before the AI responds. It tracks your attempts, skips and calculates a Thinking Strength Score. It stores your prompt data and overlay responses to power these features.
CRITH does not read or store AI responses. It does not record audio or take screenshots. It does not track your browsing outside of supported AI platforms. It does not sell your data or train AI models on your data. CRITH does not guarantee any specific improvement in cognitive ability or critical thinking.
CRITH currently works on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek. We cannot guarantee continued compatibility if those platforms change their interfaces. We will do our best to maintain compatibility but accept no liability for disruptions caused by third-party platform changes.
You agree not to reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the CRITH extension. You may not attempt to bypass or disable the interception system, use CRITH for any unlawful purpose, create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits, sell or transfer your account to another person, or interfere with or disrupt CRITH's servers or infrastructure.
All code, design, branding and content in CRITH is owned by CRITH AI. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of CRITH without written permission. The CRITH name and logo are our trademarks.
Your use of CRITH is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CRITH you agree to our data practices as described there.
CRITH is provided as-is without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that CRITH will work without interruption or errors, that it will be compatible with all browser versions, that it will improve your critical thinking or cognitive performance, or that the Thinking Strength Score is a medically or scientifically validated measure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRITH AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, any damages resulting from your use or inability to use CRITH, or any issues caused by third-party AI platform changes. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of CRITH after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
